The police vehicle was heading towards the district jail from a local court adjoining Kulgam district and skidded off the road after reaching a nearby bridge.The local police evacuated all injured to a nearby hospital for treatment. Their condition is said to be stable.A case has been registered and a probe is underway.The incident comes nearly three weeks after a minibus travelling from Banihal to Ramban fell into a deep gorge at Kela Moth on the Jammu-Srinagar Highway, leaving 20 people dead and 13 injured.
