London [UK], Feb 9 (ANI): All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan has been ruled out of Bangladesh’s upcoming three-match ODI series due to a fractured finger.The 31-year-old had sustained the injury during a Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) match between his team Dhaka Dynamites and Comilla Victorians.Giving more details regarding the injury, Bangladesh Cricket Board chief physician Debashis Chowdhury said that an X-ray has confirmed that Shakib’s left finger is fractured adding that the affected area will have to be immobilised for around three weeks.“An X-ray was done after the match and the results have confirmed a fracture on the left ring finger. The affected area will now have to be immobilised for around three weeks,” ESPNcricinfo reported Debashish, as saying.Bangladesh and New Zealand will play their first ODI on February 13 at the McLean Park followed by matches on February 16 and 20.
