According to a post by the VBA, his condition is currently stable and he will be soon be getting an angiography.

Ambedkar is expected to be under observation in the next 3 to 5 days.

In the interim, VBA state president Rekha Tai Thakur will be leading the party's election campaign with the help of Election Coordination Committee, Manifesto Committee and Media and Research Department of the party.

Prakash Ambedkar, also popularly known as Balasaheb Ambedkar has been a two-time MP from Akola.
