Dehradun, September 24: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Tuesday said that the decision to subsidize electricity bills has been taken, as per a CMO release. According to the press release, the decision to provide subsidy has been taken with the aim of providing relief to the economically weaker and middle-class families of the state.

CM Dhami said that this will reduce the financial burden on the citizens of the state and encourage proper consumption of energy and consumers of mountainous snow-clad areas will get special relief.
