Dehradun, December 31: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the 'State Credit Seminar' programme, organised by NABARD in Dehradun on Friday.

NABARD will have an important contribution in making Uttarakhand the best state and boosting rural businesses.
