In another statement released by the Chief Minister's Office, Dhami said that as the chief servant of the state, whatever decisions he has taken, he has taken them in accordance with the public sentiments of the state. He also mentioned that the Uniform Civil Code will be implemented in the state soon.

Speaking on the demographic change in Devbhoomi he said that such a change will not be tolerated, "The demographic change will not be tolerated in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand, the government is working seriously on this matter."

The Chief Minister also said that continuous action is being taken by the state government against those who encroach illegally. "Illegal encroachment has been removed under the legal process in the state. Anti-conversion law and anti-riot law have been implemented in Uttarakhand. Continuous work is being done to connect the youth with employment and self-employment. Under the Uttarakhand Global Investor Summit, MoUs worth Rs 3 lakh 54 thousand crore have been signed in the state," he added.

The Chief Minister also mentioned that the Char Dham Yatra is considered the lifeline of the state's economy and that providing safe travel to the pilgrims is the first priority of the government.

He said, "Providing safe travel to the pilgrims visiting Char Dham is the first priority of the state government. A Yatra Authority is being formed to streamline and strengthen the travel arrangements in the state. In this, suggestions are also being taken from the people and stakeholders associated with the Char Dham Yatra and its region."

He also addressed the carrying capacity of cities in hilly areas in the statement, saying that the areas will be developed accordingly. (ANI)
