Musafirkhana CO Atul Kumar Singh on Tuesday informed that the truck had been confiscated and legal action would be taken against the truck driver.

"A truck and a motorcycle collided on Jagdishpur Raebareli road under Jagdishpur police station area. Police reached the spot as soon as the information was received. The three people injured in the incident were taken to the hospital, where doctors declared all three dead... The truck has been confiscated and necessary legal action is being taken..." he said.
