Rangareddy, August 3: A woman was allegedly murdered by her neighbour over a money dispute in Shiva Ganga Colony, under the LB Nagar police limits of Telangana's Rangareddy district, police said. The deceased identified as Narasamma had reportedly lent Rs 20,000 to her neighbour Sarojini, and after she asked for it to be returned a heated argument ensued between the two women, police said.

Allegedly Sarojini attacked Narsamma in the face with a hammer, resulting in the latter's death. Police said they received a call at 9.30 pm on Friday after which they reached the site of the incident and registered a case. The body of the deceased was sent for a postmortem examination.
