Rangareddy (Telangana) [India], June 14 (ANI): The Drug Disposal Committee of the Cyberabad Police on Friday destroyed Ganja 5006.934 Kgs of narcotic drugs in Telangana's Rangareddy district.

"The Drug Disposal Committee of the Cyberabad Police today, (14.06.2024) destroyed Ganja 5006.934 Kgs narcotic drugs were destroyed at the GJ Multiclave (India) Pvt, Ltd. (Common Bio-Medical Waste Treatment And Disposal Facility) Edulapally Village, Nandigama Mandal, Rangareddy District," as per a press release from the PRO.

As per the Cyberabad Commissionerate, the destroyed narcotic drugs pertain to 15 types of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act cases in 122 cases registered across 5 Zones namely Balanagar, Madhapur, Medchal, Rajendranagar, Shamshabad and 30 police stations from the last 3 years in Cyberabad Police Commissionerate limits.

"The Drug Disposal Committee is headed by its chairman DCP Crimes K Narasimha, ACP Cyber Crimes Ravinder Reddy, CCRB ACP Kalinga Rao, Narcotics Inspector Shivaprasad and team," the release stated. (ANI)
