Ayodhya, July 28: Nripendra Mishra, Shri Ram Mandir Construction Committee Chairperson, on Sunday said that the target completion date for the temple's construction is December 31. "We want that by December 31, the first floor, second floor, all the works of the temple, Lord Ram Darbar, all these should be completed... We were on the spot, then it was seen that the arrangements on the first floor should be made safe in such a way that if a child reaches there, there is no possibility of him falling.
