Sehore (Madhya Pradesh) [India], October 4 (ANI): Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav participated in the fifth annual convocation of VIT Bhopal University in Sehore on Friday and appealed students to move forward in their lives by connecting everyone along with education and working dedicatedly for their family, society and country.

CM Yadav awarded degrees and medals to meritorious students and also inaugurated the newly built girls and boys hostels of the University on the occasion.

Addressing the event, CM Yadav said, "The convocation ceremony is an important milestone in the life of students. Those who are limited to the curriculum can be called teachers, but those who focus on the overall personality development of the student are respectfully addressed as Guru. Universities provide the necessary environment, facilities and guidance for the overall personality development of students. Therefore, the Vice Chancellor of the state's university has been given the address of Kulguru, which is in accordance with Indian tradition."

PM Modi, using the latest technology, is dedicated to the goal of enabling the young generation of the country to keep pace with global standards."

Now, students from abroad are also coming to study in our educational institutions. The youth power of the country is the flag bearer of future India. Scientific thinking and knowledge tradition in India has been quite rich since ancient times, there are sufficient examples of it in our ancient texts, he added.

"India has shown its potential on all platforms like G-20, ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) etc. The Indian economy was ranked 11th in the world in 2014, which is now ranked fourth. Under the leadership of PM Modi, India will become the third largest economy in the world in the next 5 years," he added.
