Recently, Supreme Court had declined to hear the plea filed by NGO "We The Citizens" seeking a probe into the killings of Kashmiri pandits during the 1990s. It had also sought rehabilitation of those who had to flee the Kashmir valley. The apex court gave the NGO liberty to move a representation before the central government.
