After the successful implementation of the pilot project in four districts, Guna, Harda, Dindori and Ratlam, now the software will be implemented in all the 55 districts in the state, an official release said.

According to the instructions of the Chief Minister, the process of implementing the software for e-registration and e-stamping of documents has been completed in all the districts of the state in a phased manner," Devda said.

Under the new rules, the buyer and seller will be identified by Aadhaar and PAN card. Identification will be done through e-KYC in Sampada 2.0 software. There will also be a video KYC facility. Through "Sampada 2.0" documents can be prepared with digital signatures. As a result there will be no need to go to the registry office to get the registry done.
