Amaravati, November 29: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an 'Orange' alert for heavy rains in Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor and Kadapa districts of Andhra Pradesh. IMD has also predicted thunderstorms and lightning in these four districts of Andhra Pradesh.
