Ahmedabad, October 28: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will on Friday virtually attend the 'bhoomi pujan' of the expansion project of steel major ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India's flagship plant at Hazira in Gujarat's Surat district, officials said.
