New Delhi, October 12: Delhi Police's Special Cell on Thursday arrested three people from the African continent who are allegedly part of an international narcotics Drugs Syndicate. The police have seized from them 6.044 kg of methaqualone and 2.058 kg of heroin worth more than Rs. 40 crores in the international market. According to the police, they were also staying illegally in the country.
