New Delhi, August 23: With only hours to go for the attempted soft landing of the Chandrayaan-3 lander Vikram on the uncharted south pole of the Moon, Delhi minister and AAP leader Saurabh Bharadwaj on Wednesday extended his wishes to the scientists behind the ISRO's ambitious third lunar mission. "It is a proud moment for India because the emphasis has been given to engineering technology in the country since independence...I want to give my best wishes to the scientists and I pray for the success of Chandrayaan-3," the senior AAP leader said.
Bharadwaj also hit out at Union Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia for giving credit for the country's lunar mission to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. "Jyotiraditya Scindia has this misconception and he wants to give the credit of scientists to the Prime Minister. This should be avoided," the AAP leader said.
