New Delhi, June 3: Delhi police on Monday arrested a 35-year-old man identified as Ved Prakash for killing his 85-year-old father.

Accused Ved Prakash stabbed his father with a sickle kept in the kitchen for cutting vegetables. The accused is unmarried and he and his father used to fight over petty domestic issues. On Monday morning, both fought over a trivial matter and the accused attacked his father with a sickle and consequent death occurred, said police.

More details into the matter are awaited. Further investigation is underway.
