Speaking to reporters, Subir Mal Pal, DCP Central said, " An altercation took place at a mobile shop. There was minor stone pelting as well. Police arrived immediately and took necessary actions to control the situation. Two people namely Ravi and Sultan were detained. Further investigation is underway." (ANI)
