Doda, September 16: A bike rally was held on Sunday to spread voter awareness ahead of the assembly elections in the Union Territory. Doda District Magistrate Harvinder Singh said that the Mega Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) festival is being held across the district.

Speaking to ANI, Singh said "Mega Systematic Voters Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) festival is being organised across various areas in the district for the elections on September 18. We all participated in the bike rally. On September 15, a voter awareness program SVEEP was organized at Pratap Park in Srinagar. "These SVEEP programmes are being conducted across Jammu and Kashmir by district election officers.
