New Delhi, September 16: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will kick off Hyderabad Liberation Day celebrations on Saturday and distribute equipment to Divyangs in a 'Sewa karyakram' organised in Hyderabad on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday.
