New Delhi, November 23: Indian Air Force chief Air Chief Marshal Vivek Ram Chaudhari and Navy chief designate Vice Admiral R Hari Kumar were awarded Param Vishisht Seva Medal from President Ram Nath Kovind in an investiture ceremony on Tuesday.
