Okinawa (Japan), Nov 2 (PTI) Indian golfer Rahil Gangjee shot a second successive sub par round to get to three-under 141 and lie tied 25th at the midway stage of the Heiwa PGM Championships here Friday.

Gangjee, a winner this season in Japan, shot one-under 71 with three birdies against two bogeys. He shot two-under 70 in the first round.

Gangjee's two bogeys on 13th and first were a result of three-putts but he also had a chip-in for birdie on second.

Shaun Norris, who became a father less than 10 days ago, jumped into the lead with 68-65 on the first two days to to get to 11-under and two clear of Min Gyu-Cho (67-68) and YE Yang (68-67), who are at nine-under 135.

Norris took two weeks off for the birth of his son. He in currently ranked fourth on the Money List.

Norris closed the second round with two birdies and jumped to the top of the leaderboard.

Daisuke Kataoka zoomed up to tied 4th with 67.
