The competition winner will be announced on May 19, and Bon Jovi will mentor the finalists, according to Deadline. The announcement was made on Sunday's American Idol episode hosted by Ryan Seacrest. Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie and Katy Perry are on the jury panel. This is Perry's final season on the show; she announced her exit in February, five days before the premiere. Bon Jovi also stars in the Hulu docuseries Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story, which premieres on the streamer on April 26.
