New Delhi, May 17: Delhi Police on Friday filed a detailed charge sheet in a court here in connection with a case pertaining to the alleged harassment and intimidation of a woman journalist at a rally organised by Gujarat Member of Legislative Assembly (MLA) Jignesh Mevani. As per the charge sheet, the Delhi Police, as part of the investigation, recorded the statement of the complainant, studied the footage, interrogated the accused and went through documents submitted by the accused, an alleged aide of Jignesh Mevani.

The charge sheet, which was filed before Metropolitan Magistrate Preeti Parewa in Patiala House Court, mentioned that the police gathered evidence against the accused including a CD containing a video of the alleged offence.
