New Delhi, Apr 11 (PTI) A 38-year-old Delhi Police constable died in a road accident in west Delhi's Vikaspuri area, police said.

After receiving a call about the accident at around 8.40 AM, a police team rushed to the spot. Injured Constable Hari Singh Meena was taken to Park hospital where he succumbed to injuries, DCP (west) Vijay Kumar said.

Police found the constable's motor cycle that was damaged in the accident.

A case has been registered and investigation is underway, the officer added.
