New Delhi, Nov 10 (PTI) At least 70 shanties were gutted after a fire broke out at a slum in Rohini, the Delhi Fire Service said Saturday.
The incident took place on the intervening night of Friday and Saturday, they said.
No casualty has been reported.
A call about the fire was received at 12.18 am and 14 fire tenders were rushed to the spot. The fire was brought under control by 4.40 am, a senior Delhi Fire Service officer said.
About 70 shanties were gutted in the fire that broke out at Rohini Sector 26, he said.

New Delhi, Nov 10 (PTI) A 33-year-old Nigerian was arrested from North Delhi's Civil Lines area for allegedly supplying drugs, police said Saturday.
The accused, Nwosu Theophilus Ndubuisi alias Prince Destiny, is a resident of Oweri Imo State, Nigeria, they said.
On Friday around 7.55 pm, police received information that a Nigerian national would come to Majnu Ka Tilla, Civil lines, to deliver drugs.

New Delhi, Nov 10 (PTI) Two men were arrested for allegedly stealing motorcycles in north Delhi, police said Saturday.
The accused, Kevin Nayar and Anil Kumar, who used master keys to steal motorcycles, were arrested from Burari on Friday, they said.
Nayar is a resident of Chandan Vihar and Kumar of Burari, police said.
They were arrested at a picket of the transport authority in Burari. During interrogation, it was revealed that they used the master keys to open locks of vehicles, they said.
They used to hide the stolen vehicles in parking or deserted areas. Ten motorcycles were recovered from their possession, police said. PTI NIT

New Delhi, Nov 10 (PTI) Four men alleged to be members of the Neeraj Bawana gang were arrested from Outer Delhi's Nangloi area, police said Saturday.
The accused were identified as Satish (30), resident of Bahadurgarh, Hemant (22), resident of Jhajjar, Amit alias Daku (22), resident of Jhajjar, and Amit alias Toto (23), resident of Bakkarwala village, they said.
On Friday, police received information that the four alleged members of the gang were moving on Rohtak Road in Nangloi area.
Police overpowered all the accused persons and nabbed them. During interrogation, they revealed that they belong to Neeraj Bawania Gang.
One country-made pistol along with three live cartridges and a car were seized from them, they added.
