B-town Pays Last Respects to Krishna Raj Kapoor

New Delhi [India] Oct 1(ANI): Condolences have been pouring in since the news of Krishna Raj Kapoor's death broke out earlier today.

Many people including family members, Bollywood celebrities and eminent personalities paid their last respects to the wife of late legendary actor Raj Kapoor.

Krishna Raj Kapoor died at 4 in the morning after suffering a cardiac arrest.

The funeral procession is taking place at Chembur crematorium in Mumbai, where Randhir Kapoor along with many other celebrities including Kajol, Rani Mukerji, Sanjay Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Farhan Akhtar, Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar, Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Salim Khan, Arjun Kapoor were seen paying their last respects to Krishna Raj Kapoor.

Family members and B-town celebrities also took to social media today morning to pay their homage to late legendary actor Raj Kapoor's wife. Anupam Kher, Raveena Tandon, Neetu Kapoor and Ridhima Kapoor Saini among many others mourned her demise.

Raj Kapoor married Krishna Malhotra in May 1946, a match arranged by their families. The couple has five children including three sons- actors Randhir, Rishi and Rajiv, and two daughters, Ritu Nanda and Rima Jain. (ANI)
