Jalpaiguri (WB), Aug 18 (PTI) Two workers died in lightning strike at a tea garden in Madarihat in Jalpaiguri district today, police said.

The incident occurred at around 3 pm when workers were plucking leaves in the Hantapara tea garden.

They fell on the ground after the lightning strike and were taken to hospital where doctors declared them dead on arrival, police said.
