Chandigarh, October 16: Fire broke out in a garment warehouse at Rewari Road in Haryana on Tuesday. According to a tweet by ANI, the blaze took place near Pataudi in Gurugram district. As soon as the fire was reported, six fire tenders were rushed at the spot. The fire extinguishing operation is currently underway. No casualties have been reported so far. More details awaited.

Earlier this week, a 32-year-old woman died due to lack of oxygen after a fire broke out in a highrise tower in Gurugram. According to a TOI report, the deceased identified as Swati Garg, knocked on the doors of residents to warn them of the fire. On October 10, four people were killed after a fire broke out in a hosiery factory at Kalyan Nagar in Punjab's Ludhiana this morning. According to a PTI report, those who died were all labourers working in the factory at the time of the incident. An investigation was carried out to know the exact cause of the fire.
