In a shocking turn of events, Sohan Chauhan, who has worked on reality TV shows like India's Got Talent Season 7, Masterchef India Season 6 as a Senior Post producer, was found dead on Sunday (June 16) night. Reportedly, Chauhan's body was found floating in a pond in the Royal Palms society in Aarey Colony, Mumbai. The Mumbai police, who have registered an accidental death report in the case and started the investigation, are yet to find the cause of the television producer's death.

According to a report in SpotboyE, the Mumbai Police, after recovering the body from the pond, sent it Siddharth Hospital for post-mortem. Sohan Chauhan, who got married only six months ago, lived at Ruby building, flat No 1205 with his wife.

And the following day, the police was informed of a dead body found in Aarey Colony by the locals. Police then identified it as Sohan Chauhan.

As far as the investigation is concerned, the body shows no fresh marks of injuries, reported India Today. Meanwhile, the CCTV footage of his building proves that Sohan Chauhan stepped out with a bottle in his hand during the wee hours of Sunday (June 16).

The portal also quoted a senior inspector of Aarey police station, Vijayalakshmi Hiremath as saying, "We are waiting for the post-mortem report. As of now, there has been nothing suspicious about this death." As there is no evidence yet, the police are suspecting it to be a suicide. Stay tuned!
