All good things are happening to Emmy award-winning actor, Darren Criss. The 32-year-old, who is currently basking in the joy of winning various awards, including an Emmy and a Golden Globe for his performance in American Crime Story: The Assassination of Gianni Versace has a new reason to rejoice. The actor has tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Mia Swier. The ceremony took place at a New Orleans hotel where some of Criss' former Glee co-stars Lea Michele, John Stamos, Chord Overstreet and Harry Shum Jr. were also present.
The wedding has taken place almost exactly a year after the Glee alum made the big engagement announcement on Instagram. Darren had posted a sweet message with a picture of himself and Mia, "Mia and I have had seven and a half years of fun, wacky, wonderful, CRAZY adventures together. And I'm happy to announce that we're kicking those adventures up a notch. We're going for it," Darren shared at the time. "To boldly go where neither of us have gone before. Engage."

Darren and Mia have always been super open about their relationship. Even as he accepted his first-ever Emmy trophy last year, the actor mentioned Mia in his acceptance speech as he said, "Oh my God, you guys are witnessing the most extraordinary moment of my life thus far... My darling Mia, you roll the windows down and pump the music up in my life." While most of their whirlwind romance has been kept under the wraps, Darren did reveal that they met, long before he even wanted to become an actor.
